Bio: Martha is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and received her real estate license in 1982. Martha began her real estate career selling historic downtown Charleston homes, and later moved out to the surrounding islands and resort areas. These experiences have given Martha a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the properties of downtown Charleston as well as the surrounding areas including Seabrook, Kiawah, Johns, James, and Wadmalaw islands. After years of experience in these markets, Martha now works with her husband, Ned, her son Frank, and daughter Martha at Thornhill Properties.
